It all began with an idea - fish and chips. Jim Miller founded our Shambles site in the 1950’s selling wet fish in the Marketplace. Today, it’s our street food seafood shack that boasts a modern menu within the food court and operates 7 days a week.

Headquarters - where the magic started. Three generations of Millers have operated this takeaway/restaurant and in 2018 it won the National Fish & Chip Awards. A real heart of the community shop that employs over 60 members of staff locally.

On the road again - freedom on wheels. Our horse box trailer goes everywhere we go. Private parties, functions, corporate events, wedding and festivals. The menu is forever evolving, enabling us to create something very special for every occasion.
